With so much invested in your 2014+ C7 Corvette Stingray, why would you risk running a lesser transmission oil?  The Vette is capable of producing over 500 naturally aspirated rear wheel HP with very minor modifications.  The factory 6L90 transmission has proved to be the weak point with the 4-5-6 clutch pack being the first to usually fail.  You can combat the heat and clutch wear with Amsoil auto trans fluid.  I change my fluid annually.

Varying speeds and loads causes torque multiplication and extreme stress on gears and bearings. To prevent wear damage resulting from insufficient fluid film, AMSOIL Synthetic Fuel Efficient ATF is formulated with high film strength (shear stability) and a select anti-wear/extreme-pressure additive that develops a boundary layer of protection between metal surfaces.
